Parkrun Cup - Semi Finals draw

It's getting exciting now as we are down to the final 4 in our 2025 parkrun cup!

A huge well done to our quarter finalists who put in some amazing efforts over the weekend but we have whittled it down to our semi finalists, with the ties drawn on this weeks podcast by a retuning SMJ.

The semi finals take place over the next 2 weeks - wish our contenders the very best of luck!
