We are 4 today!!

4 years of the most disorganised running podcast in the universe.

Thank you to everyone who has listened, contributed, plugged, supported, represented and participated along the way...... it's a Fartlek Family thing.

We are not everyone's cup of tea but we're a decent brew nonetheless.
