We launched Series 9, and at the time of writing are 4 episodes deep with some amazing guests so far. Chatting to Laura Jones for the second was lovely, her drive and passion to give back to her community through We Are Fearless is inspiring and we will continue to champion her cause. Ben Felton was an absolute pro - an easy chat that made it obvious why his easy going and engaging nature is captivating so many on YouTube

The star so far for me though was young Nick Finney. A wonderfully eye opening chat that simultaneously displayed strength and vulnerability in equal measures - I know it resonated with many and I definitely experienced real growth from being a part of it!

The community is up to big things too. A wonderful weekend at Rasselbock in our first meet up of the year. After missing it last time cause of the ‘Vid it was important for me to get down and support Eric, experience the unique concept and see so many of your lovely faces. A huge thank you to everyone who came and smashed it (even Matt who came last).

Parkrun Cup is underway! A chaotic first round draw on IG was great fun and to see so many PB’s falling already is AMAZING! 102 of you involved this year, which is super humbling! Massive thanks to Bemma for their continued hard work!

In Core Team news we saw our editor extraordinaire turn 40 but more importantly steal the show at his surprise party by popping the question to his long suffering partner Polly! Congratulations to JP and well done Pol for tying down those Calves (you lucky bitch).

On a personal note, we experienced a turbulent time over recent weeks as Sam’s Dad battled a short but aggressive fight with lung cancer, sadly passing away this past week. We are devastated but comforted and amazed by the outpouring of love and support from you all - please know that we see you, we appreciate you and we love you. Goodnight Graham, I’ll miss you very much!

February promises to be as action packed, as the boys and I continue our road to London with some huge fundraising activities taking place including a live podcast on IG as we look to hit our £5,000 target raising money for the amazing Make A Wish UK - peep our Charity page for more info on how you can get involved and the massive raffle we have taking place currently.

Finally I’m excited to announce that we are partnering with 2 very cool brands. Runderwear have come on board as our performance underwear brand of choice. They are kitting us out on the road to London and we will be hosting their founders Rich and Jamie on the show in March and showcasing their Tokyo marathon and 10 year anniversary antics across our platforms. In addition I have personally teamed up with the guys at Coopah running to build my plan for London training and will be documenting how I get on my own account in coming weeks!

May your runs continue to be runderful, be excellent to each other, be kind or sod off and thank you as always for being a part of this rollercoaster
